1. High-strength aluminum alloy is used; fully enclosed design, mold production, integrated boom seamless design;
The double-layer honeycomb structure of the hanging column improves the torsion and tensile resistance and ensures high load-bearing capacity.
2. The entire hanging tower is made of high-strength and high-precision aluminum alloy professional profiles. The surface of the hanging tower is sprayed with electrostatic sterilization, which is anti-corrosive and easy to clean and disinfect.
3. Instrument platform 500mm*500mm: 2 layers (the number of instrument platforms can be customized according to hospital requirements), which is formed by metal molds and can be freely adjusted in height according to customer requirements; rounded corner anti-collision design. Both sides of the platform are equipped with international standard stainless steel 10×25 rails. Each layer of the instrument platform bears 60kg.
4. The cross-section of the hanging box conforms to the ergonomic design to ensure that the tray and infusion stand do not affect the plugging and unplugging of gas and electricity.
5. All pipelines of the functional box are arranged in an orderly manner in the box body, and the gas and electricity are completely separated, which meets international standards. The four-column series of pendant towers achieve 360° functionality through advanced design concepts. Various functional box accessories can be selected to connect with the gas and electrical box, which is convenient for hanging a variety of accessories. A variety of equipment can be integrated or installed in series to meet product upgrade needs; modular and integrated medical pendant tower boxes can be combined at will according to customer needs.
6. Limit device
Damping brake, pneumatic/electromagnetic brake can be added to make the functional box stable at any point in the effective treatment area, 120° precision bearings ensure that the pendant tower connection is gapless and the rotation is flexible without drift.

9. Configuration
9.1. Horizontal arm range of motion (radius): 600/800/1000/1200 (mm); (The length of the horizontal arm can be customized according to the hospital's requirements)
The thickness of the tower cross arm on one side is ≥12mm, high load-bearing capacity, and the total load-bearing capacity is ≥500kg
9.2. Horizontal rotation angle: ≥340°, the horizontal arm and the function box can rotate horizontally separately or simultaneously;
9.3. Gas terminal (brand can be customized according to the hospital's requirements):
a. Use the color specified by ISO, and different types of gas terminals have different colors and shapes to prevent misoperation;
b. Effective life: can be connected and unplugged 20,000 times without failure;
c. Has three states of on and off;
d. Can be repaired with gas, easy to repair;
e. Gas terminal interface (German standard): 1 oxygen, 1 negative pressure suction, 1 compressed air; (type and quantity can be customized according to the hospital's requirements)
f. Medical-grade gas hoses are used;
