Product Description

This electric 5 function hospital bed is crafted from high-strength PP engineering plastics, molded in a single process for enhanced durability. 
Its design allows for seamless adjustment in all directions, catering to various nursing needs and supporting effective patient treatment and rehabilitation. 

1.Adjustment range:Back tilt 70º±5º, leg tilt 40º±5º, whole bed horizontal lifting

height 430-630mm, front and rear tilt 0-13 º ± 2 º , back and leg linkage function,

dynamic load-bearing weight of bed: ≥240kg.

2.Bed board:It is made of 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel plate molded in one step. It

has a porous design for easy ventilation and anti-slip function. In addition to the

molded design, the bed board has multiple reinforcing bones and 2 reinforcing ribs

are added on the four sides of the bed board. The whole bed has high load-bearing

capacity and beautiful appearance.

3. Back bed board: It adopts a support unloading structure and reinforced

thickened carbon steel pipe to evenly disperse the pressure, enhance the safety

performance of the back panel, and make the crank operation easier.

4. Motor : It adopts a four-motor control system and a multi-function hand

controller with clear markings, simple and easy operation, free lifting and lowering,

no noise, and a thrust of 4000-6000N..

5.Head and foot boards : It is made of high-quality ABS reinforced plastic and

blow-molded in one go. It has an arc-shaped European design with beautiful lines

and a colored decorative sticker in the middle. The head and foot boards of the bed

are hanging devices with novel design, simple operation and easy disassembly. It can

also be used for CPR first aid to meet clinical needs. There is a patient information

card slot on the outside of the foot board.

6.ABS guardrail : Equipped with 4 European-style ABS guardrails, one-piece

blow-molded, no deformation, no gaps, hidden storage at the bottom, does not

take up space, with a booster, more convenient to lift, can be easily unscrewed when

not in use, firm, reliable and durable.

7. Angle display:All four guardrails are equipped with angle displays, which can

accurately display the angles of various parts of the bed when the bed is raised or

lowered, making it convenient for medical staff to adjust to the optimal tilt angle and

provide patients with a comfortable lying position.

8. Casters:It adopts central control luxury casters, which can be braked with one

foot and are stable and reliable; the wheel surface is made of super polyurethane

material, which is quiet, wear-resistant, anti-winding and never rust.

9. Infusion stand socket:There are four infusion stand sockets at the bedside.

10. Infusion stand:It adopts a hand-controlled telescopic double-stage design,

which can adjust the height from 1000mm to 1600mm. It is flexible to operate. It is

made of stainless steel, lightweight, and has a symmetrical hook to meet clinical

needs..
